How do I register on Truck First? +

Click 'Get Started', choose your role (Driver, Owner, or Shipper), verify your phone with OTP, fill your profile, and set a password. KYC verification takes up to 24 hours.

How are payments handled? +

All payments are held in escrow until the shipper confirms delivery. Once confirmed, funds are released to the driver or owner within 2 working days.

Is KYC mandatory? +

Yes. KYC (Aadhaar + PAN + license for drivers) is mandatory to ensure a safe, verified community for everyone.

Can I post loads for free? +

All plans include a 14-day free trial. After that, plans start at ₹100/month for drivers and ₹500/month for owners.

How do I report a dispute? +

Contact support@truckfirst.in or use WhatsApp. Our team resolves disputes within 48 hours with documented proof.
